1. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You are unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue from our side
You made a duplicate payment
You were enrolled into the wrong course by mistake and haven’t accessed any material
You request a refund within 7 days of facing the issue
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after enrolling
Completion of a significant portion of the course
Violation of our Terms & Conditions
Delay in personal progress due to lack of time or commitment
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Processing Time
We will review your request within 7–10 business days
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund based on course access level or specific circumstances.
5. Live Program Policy
For live courses, no refunds will be issued after the first session has been delivered unless there is a technical error on our end that prevents continued participation.
